Rent a Party Bus for Weird Al at theBowl
Dare to Stupid again with a night of musical madness presented by comedic genius Weird Al. Four-time Grammy Award Winner Weird Al is taking over the Hollywood Bowl as part of his Mandatory World Tour. This is your chance to get White and Nerdy with your closest friends as the maestro himself pokes fun at a whole new generation of musical artists and celebrities.
Not only will this night feature hits off Weird Al’s newest Album Mandatory Fun—his first to hit #1 on the Billboard 200—but the master of musical satire is sure to bring back favorites from his 30-year career of making “mockery into modern art.”
Rent a Party Bus for Weird Al
White Rose doesn’t want you Running with Scissors! Instead you and up to 40 of your freaky friends can make the pilgrimage to see Al on stage in the air conditioned comfort of one of our party buses.
Enjoy complimentary cocktails to loosen those vocal chords and break into an acapella version of Another One Rides the Bus to get into the spirit. Better yet, bring any of Weird Al’s 14 studio albums with you and pump the jams through our incredible sound system. It’ll be like Weird Al Yankovic in 3-D. (But better!)
The “Mandatory” Favorites
While you may or may not have seen Weird Al before, this stop of the Mandatory World Tour will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Sure, Weird Al will be bringing along special guests Straight No Chaser but he will also be backed by the full Hollywood Bowl Orchestra! A far cry from his solo tuba adventures on the Dr. Demento show that got him started 30 years ago.
Fate struck the day Weird Al sang the praises of his bologna! That one performance rocketed the nerdy fellow with the funny hair to stardom, near-instantly creating a cult hero. Since then he has parodied famous songs by super-famous artists like Madonna, Michael Jackson, Coolio, Robert Palmer, The Foo Fighters, and so many more.
This newest album (and tour) brings his witty sense of comedic assassination to a new generation featuring parodies of pop icons like Iggy Azalea, Pharrel Williams, Robin Thicke, and Lorde (to name a few).
